TAFE Regency Plant decommission and installation

The project aims to transform outdated mechanical systems into modern, energy-efficient solutions that support a more sustainable future for educational facilities.

We began with the safe decommissioning and removal of legacy equipment dating back to the 1980s. Due to the size and complexity of the original systems, this phase required meticulous planning and execution, with safety as our top priority throughout.

Scope of Work

  • Decommissioning and removal of outdated mechanical infrastructure
  • Installation of high-efficiency condensing boilers
  • System upgrades to improve energy performance
  • Compliance with modern safety and environmental standards
