Butterfields sponsors both male and female cycling teams with the goal of providing continuous development and growth opportunities while creating a fun and safe environment that encourages diversity and inclusivity.

Butterfields is implementing a Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan as part of our CSR, with our reconciliation vision seeking to improve our cultural understanding and the representation and skillset of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through internal workplace initiatives that focus on employment opportunities, education and growth.

Along with our community investment, Butterfields donates to various Not for Profits, ensuring people in need receive the help and support they require.
